Trolly Circuit

Product Details

A trolly circuit (often spelled trolley circuit) refers to the electronic control board used inside portable speaker trolleys, DJ trolleys, rechargeable PA systems, or battery-powered loudspeakers. These circuits are designed to manage all the essential functions of a trolley speaker, combining audio amplification, power management, charging control, and input features in one compact module. A typical trolley circuit includes a Class-D amplifier section, which delivers efficient audio power to the speaker. It may support 2.0, 2.1, or mono bass-heavy outputs depending on the model. Most trolley boards also include Bluetooth, USB, SD card, FM radio, and AUX input, turning the entire system into a multifunction media player. In addition, a trolley circuit manages battery charging, often supporting 12V lead-acid or lithium batteries, with built-in protection for overcharge, low voltage, and short-circuit conditions. Some circuits even include LED displays, microphone inputs, echo control for karaoke, and remote-control capability. Because of its all-in-one design, a trolley circuit is the core of any portable speaker trolley, providing convenience, durability, and reliable multimedia performance.
